Candover's board of directors is chaired by Gerry Grimstone who was appointed non-executive chairman in May 2006. There are six other non-executive members and one executive director, Malcolm Fallen, Chief Executive, who was appointed to the board in September 2009.
Candover Partners Limited, Candover's wholly owned fund management subsidiary, is led by John Arney, who was appointed Managing Partner in July 2009.
